We offer a 7-day return/replacement window from the date of delivery, strictly under the condition that the product is only unboxed for inspection and not used.
Returns or replacements will be accepted only if the product is found to be:

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, with:

Non-Eligible Return Cases
Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following situations:

Product has been used, worn, installed, or operated

Product seal has been tampered with or removed improperly

Return requested due to performance dissatisfaction or personal preference

Once the product has been used in any manner beyond inspection, it will be considered accepted by the customer and not eligible for return.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement (Compulsory for Claims)
A proper unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any return or replacement claim related to damage, defect, or incorrect product.

Start recording before opening the parcel, showing the sealed package clearly.

Ensure the shipping label and seal are clearly visible.

Open the parcel fully on camera without pauses, cuts, or edits.

All accessories and contents

The video must be continuous and unedited.
