All orders are processed and shipped within approximately 48 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes through our trusted courier partners. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout or shortly after placing your order.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes between 3 to 6 business days depending on the city tier and location. Metro cities are typically delivered faster, while smaller cities and remote areas may take slightly longer within this range. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value is required. There are no hidden shipping fees — the price you pay at checkout is the final price.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. You can use the tracking link to monitor the delivery status of your order in real time.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or an unreachable phone number, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us at info@publicbuy.in to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment if the failed delivery was due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Packaging and Safety
All products are securely packed to ensure safe delivery. We take special care when shipping high-value electronics such as smartphones and accessories.
