7-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. The product must be unused and in original condition with all original packaging, accessories, and contents intact.
Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA)
- Incorrect product delivered
- Missing components or accessories
The product must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition with:
- Original packaging intact
- All accessories, manuals, and contents included
- Original seals, tags, and serial labels untampered
Non-Eligible Return Cases
Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Product has been used, worn, installed, or operated
- Product seal has been tampered with or removed improperly
- Return requested due to performance dissatisfaction or personal preference
- Change of mind or no longer needed
- Return request made after 7 days from the date of delivery
- Missing original packaging, accessories, or contents
Once the product has been used in any manner beyond inspection, it will be considered accepted by the customer and will not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange pickup or provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective or incorrect products within the 7-day return window. To request an exchange, contact us at info@publicbuy.in with your order ID and unboxing video. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any return, refund, exchange, or damage claim. Claims submitted without this video will not be processed.
Required steps:
- Start recording before opening the parcel, showing the sealed package clearly.
- Show all 6 sides of the parcel box — Top, Bottom, Front, Back, Left, Right.
- Ensure the shipping label and seal are clearly visible.
- Open the parcel fully on camera without pauses, cuts, or edits.
- Show the outer packaging, product box condition, product inside, and all accessories and contents.
- The video must be continuous and unedited throughout.
How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

Please include:
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos (if applicable)
- Mandatory unboxing video
Refund Process
Once your return is received and verified:
- We will inspect the returned product before approving the claim.
- If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
- Claims may be rejected if the product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.
- Claims submitted without the mandatory unboxing video will not be processed.
We reserve the right to assess each claim individually and reject claims that do not meet the eligibility criteria stated above.
