OPPO F35 and F35 Pro Launched in India at Rs. 38,999: 8,000mAh, 80W and IP69K
OPPO's F35 and F35 Pro bring 8,000mAh, 80W and IP69K from Rs. 38,999 at launch. The Pro shares its chip with the cheaper K14 Plus.
OPPO launched the F35 5G and F35 Pro 5G in India on 5 October, and both carry the battery that now defines the brand's mid-range: 8,000mAh, filled at 80W, behind an IP69K rating. The launch prices are Rs. 38,999 for the F35 and Rs. 45,999 for the F35 Pro. Sales open on 11 October. The part worth reading twice is that OPPO's own K14 Plus 5G, on sale since 8 October at about Rs. 30,000 for 6GB + 128GB, runs the same chip as the F35 Pro.

8,000mAh, 80W and IP69K, across the whole series.
The shared spine of these 2 phones is genuinely impressive. 8,000mAh is a cell most of the market still treats as a novelty, and OPPO pairs it with 80W charging rather than the slower rates that usually come with a battery this size. Both phones carry IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K, which covers dust, submersion and high-pressure, high-temperature water jets. Both have a 50MP front camera with a wide 100-degree view and autofocus, which is the F series doing what it has always done: putting the money into the selfie.
The Pro adds the parts the standard model is missing. Its main camera is stabilised and gets an 8MP ultrawide beside it, both cameras record 4K, the screen steps up to a 1.5K 144Hz AMOLED, and it adds stereo speakers and an IR blaster. It is also thinner, at 8.4mm against 8.8mm.
The same chip, the same memory, Rs. 16,000 apart.
Here is the comparison OPPO will not put on a slide. The K14 Plus 5G launched on 29 September and went on sale on 8 October, and its 6GB + 128GB, the same memory as the F35 Pro's base model, is orderable today at about Rs. 30,000. That phone has the same Dimensity 7360 MAX as the F35 Pro, the same 8,000mAh cell, a 1.5K 144Hz AMOLED of the same size, a stabilised 50MP main camera, and the same IP69K rating. The F35 Pro launched at Rs. 45,999.
What the extra Rs. 16,000 buys is real but narrow: 80W charging instead of 45W, a 50MP selfie camera instead of a 16MP one, an 8MP ultrawide where the K14 Plus has a 2MP monochrome helper, 4K selfie video, stereo speakers and an IR blaster. If those are the things you use a phone for, the F35 Pro is the more complete device. If they are not, the K14 Plus is the same engine for about Rs. 16,000 less, memory for memory.
The standard F35 is harder to explain. At Rs. 38,999 it carries a Dimensity 6360 MAX, a budget-class part, an FHD+ 120Hz panel, and no optical stabilisation. The K14 Plus beats it on the chip, the screen and the camera stabilisation while selling today for about Rs. 9,000 less than the F35's launch price. The F35's case rests on 80W charging, the 50MP selfie camera and a microSD slot.

The update promise, and the street price.
OPPO's launch material talks about 6 years of "smoothness" and a battery rated to keep most of its capacity over many years of charging. Those are claims about how the phone ages, not a commitment to Android upgrades or security patches, and we could not confirm an update promise for either phone from the maker's own specification. We are not printing one until we can.
The F35 prices above are launch prices, and we are labelling them as such. Neither F35 has opened sales yet, so there is no street price to quote for them. In 2026, phones in this part of the market have more often drifted up after launch than down, so check the listing on the day you buy, and expect bank offers to move the effective price during the festive sale.
The F35 series brings 8,000mAh, 80W and IP69K into one package, and the F35 Pro adds a stabilised camera, an ultrawide and a 1.5K 144Hz screen. That is a strong sheet. The problem is next door: OPPO's own K14 Plus has the Pro's chip, battery, screen class and stabilisation for about Rs. 16,000 less, memory for memory, and it is on sale now. Buy the F35 Pro for the 50MP selfie camera, the ultrawide and fast charging. On paper, the standard F35 is hard to recommend at Rs. 38,999.
A great battery, a great rating, and a sibling that costs Rs. 16,000 less.
The K14 Plus in detail: OPPO K14 Plus 5G launch. The previous generation: OPPO F33 Pro 5G review, and the plain F33, which shares this phone's chip and now sells for about Rs. 28,500: OPPO F33 5G review. Everything else at this money: best phones between Rs. 30,000 and Rs. 50,000.
Specifications are confirmed against the maker's India specification pages and at least 1 independent India launch report; where sources disagreed, we left the figure out. Prices are launch prices announced on 5 October 2026. The K14 Plus price is a live listing for its 6GB + 128GB model at a major Indian retailer, checked on 8 October 2026. Our verdicts are based on published specification, not on hands-on testing: we have not held these phones.
